The way families and individuals live have been altered enormously ever since the advent of computers as a household appliance. Computers are an amazing addition to the household providing everything from entertainment, to education and communication.

Staying in touch with friends and family is instantaneous and often free, or should we say no extra cost. Once the user has paid for his connection to the internet, which does require a monthly fee, the user has access to all the most amazing services that allow free connections by voice, video or just instant messaging.

With Google searches there is no subject too obscure or unusual which can’t be researched in just a few seconds. The world of knowledge has never been more accessible, and with incredible animation technology, videos, and other sophisticated tools, there is no subject that can’t be explained in the clearest and most lucid of ways. And this is not to mention the possibility of taking high level courses in just about any subject, and even from the world’s greatest universities, right from the comfort of your home.

Last but certainly not least, the computer has change completely the way we enjoy ourselves and relax. From computer games with advanced graphics, to movies, to social media, the computer has added a dimension to fun that was never experienced before. There is no question that our culture is truly a cyber-culture.

In 1998, it had doctors homeopatas taking care of in the SUS in but 20 Brazilian cities, where these consultations for the public net were initiatives of the proper doctors, with the support of the local manager, in the teams of (PSF) the Program Health of the Family (HUNTER; IRIART, 2007). In 2006, the National Politics of Integrativas and Complementares (PNPIC) in the SUS was published Practical, which includes the homeopatia. Some Cities had implanted services of atendimentos with homeopatia, where this being evaluated for the patients well (BRAZIL, 2006). The homeoptica consultation has long duration, however it rescues the importance of a good medical relation and patient, a time that the investigations of the medical one go beyond the organic complaints, however the doctor invests a bigger time in the consultation and in the accompaniment of the patient due to this he needs more specialists in the area (FIGUEIREDO, 2007). It also has the advantage in the cost, therefore the homeoptico treatment has minor necessity of complementary examinations to diagnosis the patient, beyond, of the homeoptico medicine, to be more cheap, therefore the involved process in its discovery and the manufacture is very simple and the medicine does not bring no adverse effect (BRAZIL, 2006). Therefore, having the homeopatia in the SUS it is a form to add plus an area of attendance for the population that is so needed, a time that is citizenship question, since the Constitution prayer that the health is a right of all and a duty of the State (FIGUEIREDO, 2007). OBJECTIVE This work had as objective, through a bibliographical revision, to know history, principles and beddings of the Homeopatia and to evaluate its implantation in the Only System of Sade (SUS). 3. MATERIALS AND METHOD the methodology used for the accomplishment of this work was the bibliographical survey of books and articles related to the subject, and the compilation of information under the form of revision text.

Moreover, if the FALC frequent is raised, associating it high indices of the GGT/FA, these is more suggestive of DHA of what not alcoholic heptica illness (Mincis, 2010). It is important to detach that, due to discrepancy between clinical manifestations and alterations biochemists and the degree of histopatolgica injury, the monitorizao of the alcoholic heptica illness is basically morphologic, having the heptica bipsia formal indication (Son, 2006). However, for Mincis (2010), the morphologic data, without the knowledge of the clinical data (especially the etlicos habits) do not make possible the diagnosis of ‘ ‘ heptica illness of etiology alcolica’ ‘. Moreover, the data of the histolgico examination do not inform on the heptica disfuno (and in this manner they do not substitute the called tests of heptica function). (A valuable related resource: muscular dystrophy). Still in relation to the diagnosis, it is standed out use of tumorais markers (or biological markers), that they are macro-molecules gifts in the tumor, the blood or other biological liquids, whose appearance and or alterations in its concentrations is related with gnese and the growth of neoplsicas cells (Capezzoli, 2001). The therapeutical boarding of the related pathology involves clinical and/or surgical interventions. According to Mincis (2010), not specific the clinical treatment is based on the total drink abstention alcoholic with significant regression of esteatose and increase of the supervened one between the patients who present the compensated form of the illness. However, it is important to stand out, the occurrence in some patients of agitation, anxiety, alterations of mood (irritability, disforia), tremors, nauseas, vomits, taquicardia, arterial hipertenso, hallucinations, Delirium Tremens (DT), convulsions, configuring itself as syndrome of the alcoholic abstinence (SAA), requiring the use of benzodiazepnicos (et.al Laranjeira, 2000).. The effect of diabetes are particularly deleterious in the fabrics that depend on insulina; that is, weaveeed that they cannot diminish the glucose captation when the glucose extra-cellular it increases. The resultant increase of the intracellular glucose concentrations in such fabrics that they include the hemcias, the crystalline lens and the nerves can lead the macrovascular illness (aterosclerose) and the microvascular complications, also nefropatia, retinopatia and neuropatia (acometimento of the nerves). Although the necessary mechanisms for the development of these delayed complications not to be established, the admittedly important factors currently are the abnormalitys in multiple metabolic ways that cause cellular damage in the fabric-target. (BARRETT et al, 2004). Diabetes is the more common isolated cause of terminal renal insufficience (IRT) in the Europe and the United States. The diabetic nefropatia represents 40% of the new cases of IRT in the United States. Diabetes figure as the main cause of new cases of blindness in adults com20 a74 years of age.

In more than 60% of the patients with diabetes type 2 observes retinopatia in the two first decades of the illness. Finally, 2% of the patients are blind and approximately 10% after develop serious visual deficiencies about 15 years of the beginning of diabetes. Diabetes is the main cause of traumatic amputation of inferior member for neuropatia. Diabetes comparativily increases the frequency of amputation of the inferior member of 15 a40 times to the population without diabetes. (BARRETT et al, 2004). Cataract: it is of the senile type, that occurs more precociously and more frequently in the diabetic ones of type 2. Glaucoma: it is of raised occurrence more in the diabetic ones, mainly of type 2. Dermopatias: hipercrmicas spots in legs; ' ' necrobiose lipodica iabeticorum' ' ; piodermites; micoses. Heroin Addiction often expresses his thoughts on the topic. Miocardiopatia: it has increase of the heart with hipofuno (ICC), resultant of injury of the miocrdicos capillaries.

This work has as priority to investigate the causes that finish harming the treatment of this illness, showing its reality. 2 STATE OF the ART According to Sandra M. Nettina (2003, p.780): The cancer or carcinoma of the breast is the main North American cause of cancer in women. If you would like to know more about Cocaine Addiction, then click here. One in each eight women will develop the breast cancer. For being the cancer most frequent in the women and for its high tax of mortality, fits the health team, as doctors and nurses, being giving a good assistance how much to the cares with these patients with breast cancer. A good orientation is basic for its treatment and its recovery.

Second Cear apud Linard (2003) the average supervened one of the patients of breast cancer not treated, gotten in world-wide literature is of 38,7 months. For this reason it is of basic importance that doctors, nurses and the State in set are prepared to give orientation and to promote campaigns with more frequent how much to the prevention of the breast cancer, and that these women search specialized the attendance fastest possible, therefore when diagnosised at the beginning the woman it possesss high possibilities of cure. Since the supervened one depends on the size of the tumor and the period of training where if it finds. Studies demonstrate that the breast cancer has been diagnosised with advanced or local metastticos tumors in about 50 60% of the cases (FRISTACHI el al., 2005). From there the importance to be guided and planning more frequent campaigns, therefore the more early diagnosised, better is the treatment, thus increasing the cure possibility. 2,2 FACTORS OF RISK TO DEVELOP the CANCER OF BREAST Potter and Perry (1998): Factor of risk is any situation, habits, ambient, physiological condition or another 0 variable that increase the vulnerability of an individual or group, how much to the illness or a not healthful state.

The PICs, with the aid of the PNPIC, had started to be efficient techniques and safe it stops treatments of some patologias and the PASS showed successfully that it is possible to have this type of attendance in public nets. Being based on Fazenda6, these attitudes are characterized as interdisciplinaridade, ' ' attitude of envolvement and comprometimento with the projects and the people in involved them, attitude, therefore, of commitment in always constructing of the best possible form, attitude of responsibility, but, over all, of joy, revelation, meeting, vida' '. In this perspective, one observed in the development of this dynamics all attitudes above cited, acrescendose beyond these, some attitudes as: ' ' fear to express, shyness, lack of comprometimento, lack of creativity, hierarquiza to, disciplinaridade ' '. In this Fazenda6 context, it conceives the following reflection: ' ' It is necessary, in a project to interdisciplinar, to understand and to respect the way of being peculiar of each one, respecting, also, the way that each individual undertook in the search of its autonomy; it is necessary to disclose the identity, the theoretical mark of each one. It is in the confluence point, and not in the juxtaposition of the different ones identities, however, that we can catch the dimension of interdisciplinaridade' '. Checking article sources yields muscular dystrophy as a relevant resource throughout. Being thus, these attitudes that however are characterized as being aspects ' ' negativos' ' , in the vision of the author they are points of divergences necessary for creation and efetivao of a project to interdisciplinar. Japiass7, adds despite, to have conditions to acquire new forms to perceive, to know and to act in other perspectives it is necessary that these citizens have ' ' capacity to know one practical in its limitations and possibilities, surpasses the knowledge of the intentions that they had determined or they directed this to act personal, particular, individual' '. In the end of this dynamics, the facilitadoras had asked to the citizens, ' ' which was the despertado feeling when you saw its modified history being throughout the process? ' ' , they then had inferred the following ones speak: ' ' it was good, was good more was stranger, I I find that she was distorted, important to see as the participation of everything if you complement, you are not alone, agent you have a powerful work, exactly that agent does not have all the resources, agent obtains to reach our objectives and to bring changes for our community ' '. .

Summary functional Foods is those that beyond exerting basic the nutricionais functions, also will exert beneficial functions the health, preventing and/or minimizing the risk of some illnesses as cancer, osteoporose, cardiovascular accidents, hipertenso, diabetes and colesterolemia. You may find muscular dystrophy to be a useful source of information. Each functional food has an active principle that the responsible one for the benefits of these foods in the health is considered. The known active principles more are the antirust vitamins (carotenides, acid ascrbico and tocoferol), flavonides or phenolic, acid composites greasy polyunsaturateds (3 Omega and Omega 6), dietary staple fibres, prebiticos and probiticos. The functional foods will only have preventive if consumed effect daily in an feeding balanced rich in fruits, vegetables and grains. Word-key: functional foods. prevention.

INTRODUCTION the world-wide population this with an increasing concern on relation between the feeding and health, all are in longevity search. Therefore to each day new studies appear on foods that it aims at to provide a more healthful life. ‘ ‘ Low the incidence of illnesses in some peoples called the attention for its diet. Cancer research can provide more clarity in the matter. The eskimos with its feeding based on fish and rich products of the sea in 3 Omega and Omega 6, have low index of cardiac problems, as well as od French consumers of wine tinto. The orientals, had to the soy consumption that contains fitoestrognios, have little cancer of breast.

In these countries, the custom to consume fruits and vegetables also results in a reduction of the risk of coronarianas illnesses and cancer, proven for data epidemiolgico.’ ‘ (ANGEL, 2004, P. 146). ‘ ‘ The functional foods are part of a new food conception launched by Japan in the decade of 80 through a government program that had as objective to develop healthful foods for a population who envelhecia.’ ‘ (COLLI apud ANGEL, 2004, P. 146). ‘ ‘ The term functional foods first was introduced in Japan in middle of years 80 and if it relates to processed foods I contend ingredients that assist especficas functions of the body beyond being nutritivos.

The human organism is formed by cells and cellular fabrics in its all. The method to have a quantum cellular organization, where the cells will be dealt with as quantum electric devices great precision and accumulate of information. Infiltrating in the cell parameter electric its ways of works would be formulated based in the physics, since physical devices are known and studied. Cancer research oftentimes addresses this issue. In the treatment of illnesses as the cancer it would be facilitated by having a dynamics of devices filled and analogados in the cell. This method would be to make of the cell a way of quantum work in the combat the illnesses and its biological form would be transformed, where this formulates is inefficacious, since the limitations of the conventional biological treatment always return for the side of the illness, being thus difficult to treat itself. This does not mean to create an internal robot, but to give one another dynamics to the organism, that is the quantum methods of the infiltrated devices, since the system conventional would not have success because she is biological inefficacious..

This error is not under control of nobody. The cell is with a chromosome of number 21 more than what it would have. The error can also be a refugee when the initial cell of the baby already formed e, therefore does not depend on the cells of its parents. The children with S.D present three chromosomes 21 in its cells. About 2% of the carriers of simple trissomia they possess cells with 46 chromosomes, that are normal and cells with 47 chromosomes, cells with trissomia 21.

In this in case that we say that one is about mosaicismo. Some times, however one of chromosomes 21 is joined to another chromosome, and the cell presents 46 chromosomes, even so one of them is formed by the union of two. When joined chromosomes one to the other appear, say that it is about a translocao. They exist, therefore, two types of S.D.: one caused for simple trissomia (that is, three untied chromosomes 21 inside of the cell), and another one for translocao. The clinical signals of the syndrome are the same ones in the two types, in way that the examination of the chromosomes only clarifies if the child has simple trissomia or trissomia for translocao. The translocao can have occurred during the formation of the reproductive cells that had given origin to the child. In other cases, it is present in all the cells of one of the parents. If the mother or father has the translocao, its cells has 45 chromosomes.

This occurs because one of chromosomes 21 is joined to another chromosome. Although this, it is normal, therefore it has two chromosomes 21, as all the people without S.D. In the case of the trissomia simple, the risk depends on the age of the mother. This because the possibility to happen an error in the formation of vulo is bigger with or increase of the age of the mother.
